ACES & LITTLE ACES PROGRAM, WHERE KIDS LEARN TO BE BRAVE AND STRONG!
As a parent, it's important to know what to do in the event that your child is prepared to use Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ is a martial art that teaches practical self-defense techniques that can help build your child's confidence, motor skills, and ability to focus. In the ACES Training Center Jiu-Jitsu kids program, we focus on building future champions and leaders both on and off the mat.
One of the main benefits of our program is that it will help bully-proof your child. We give your child the tools they need to be able to defend themselves in real life situations and at the appropriate times. This not only helps build their confidence, but it also helps them feel more empowered in social situations.
In addition to self-defense, our program also teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamental techniques that will arm your kids with the value of respect, hard work, and discipline. These values will help your child become a better student, a better athlete, and a better person.
It's important for parents to be aware of what their child is learning in BJJ, so that they can support their child's progress and ensure that they are practicing safe techniques. Additionally, parents should encourage their child to use their Jiu-Jitsu skills responsibly and only when necessary. At ACES Training Center, we take safety very seriously.
By enrolling your child in our Jiu-Jitsu kids program, you are giving them the opportunity to learn valuable life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mat. Not only will they learn self-defense, but they will also learn the value of respect, hard work and discipline.
Main Program Goals:
Instilling knowledge and valuable life skills.
Teaching respect and discipline while maintaining a fun and engaging environment.
Developing self-control and confidence in self-defense capabilities.
Cultivating positive role models and leaders among the children.
This structured approach, tailored to the specific needs and developmental stages of different age groups, ensures that children receive age-appropriate training and guidance while benefiting from the positive values and skills promoted by martial arts.
Little ACES (Ages 5-7)
Moving up to the Little Legends group, we focus on developing the skills and interests of our young martial artists. This program emphasizes building a strong foundation in BJJ techniques while instilling discipline and fostering character growth.
ACES Ambassadors (Ages 8-12)
For this older age group, the program builds upon the foundation established in the younger group. The curriculum includes more advanced techniques and introduces striking in our competition classes. Students will gain a deeper understanding of respect and discipline, placing a greater emphasis on self-defense skills and leadership development.
Competition Classes: Students in the program have the opportunity to be nominated by teammates for placement at more advanced levels once their foundation aligns with the program's standards. This advancement requires the approval of the head coach, indicating a commitment to ensuring that students progress appropriately based on their skills and readiness. More on this class here
