To advance, you'll need to attend classes regularly, demonstrate proficiency in techniques, and consistently show progress in your skills as assessed by the instructors' day-to-day evaluations. These assessments are designed to ensure you are continually improving and are ready for the next belt level.

➮ BJJ offers a versatile experience. While it's an effective self-defense system, many students choose to compete in tournaments to test their skills. Whether you're interested in self-defense or competition, we have classes to meet your goals.

➮ Consistency is key. Attending classes 2-3 times a week is a great starting point. As you progress, you may choose to increase your training frequency.
